Virginia Home came to repair our air conditioner in July 2011. Robert found a bad compressor and recommended a new system for $4999. A follow up call from Robert's boss (who had not seen the AC) also suggested the replacement. We had another company come for a second opinion, and they fixed the capacitor and got it running for $125. The AC still runs fine. Virginia Home charged us $99 for the diagnostic fee. Once the AC was running well long after the other companies repair, I called Virginia Home and asked for refund of the diagnostic fee, because it was the wrong diagnosis. Five times I was told I would hear back from the owner and never did.
