excellent service 4/19/2012

I broke down in my 2010 m3 , i called bmw roadside as my vehicle was under warranty and needed to get over to braman bmw and they dispatched out these guys. all i can say is excellent service , theyre dispatcher called me right away within minutes of me hanging up with bmw roadside and let me know of the eta , and even though most companies lie about their eta , these guys were early! i was told 30 minutes by their dispatcher which is a very reasonable time frame and their driver still arrived 10 minutes early! I am also very worried when it comes to my bmw but their driver had the proper equipment to tow my vehicle in a very safe manner , not to mention he was in a brand new truck ! great service coming from a towing company . more

If you want to get ripped-off, VMC is the place for you! 12/28/2010

They demanded the title before doing anything else, so when we junked a car with them, instead of paying us, now we're getting the run around. It's been a month, and they won't return our calls. Looks like we're going to need to sue them to get paid, so if you want to get ripped off, VMC is the company for you! more
