I took a very expensive comforter to be dry cleaned. First of all, they didn't have it ready at the time they'd promised, and I had to come back to pick it up 2 full days later. Second, they completely ruined the comforter, and didn't even notify me of that fact when I picked it up. I returned the comforter to the store, and the manager told me she would have to send it back to the plant to see what they could do about it, but assured me that the person responsible was ""very good to work with."" She promised to call me on Monday or Tuesday. No one called. I finally called them the following Monday, and was told, they had the comforter back but they didn't do anything wrong and there was nothing they could do for me. I called the plant directly and spoke with the manager, but he was extremely rude. I pointed out that someone should have told me the comforter was ruined when I picked it up. He said ""well, we don't pay any attention to the color when we put it in the machines or take it out."" Nice, I've never had a dry cleaner not notify me of every little spot or pulled thread on an item. He also claimed that they weren't responsible when things get ruined. I said that at the very least they should refund the 23.50 I paid to have them ruin it. He said ""well, that's not gonna happen."" By far this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I would not recommend their service to anyone.
