I took my rabbit there on a Sunday and saw Dr. Wolfus. He was very nice and seemed compassionate, but he did nothing for my rabbit- he didn't even take his temperature! He didn't pick up my bunny and said that due to the danger of rabbits breaking their backs during procedures, he would only due an Xray or urinalysis if I really wanted to. I don't think he is experienced with rabbits- he admitted they are his least favorite animal to see because of their fragility during handling. He also didn't administer sub q fluids, which is protocol with any UTI or bladder sludge in rabbits. I appreciate his not taking the chance handling my rabbit when he was clearly not comforable doing so, however he really should have directed me to one of the rabbit savvy vets at the practice. I did get antibiotics and pain meds through him, but I called four days later when my rabbit was worse, he still advised just waiting a few more days to see how it went.
