Worst

Don't ever bring your pet here unless you are willing to sign over your first born as a ""promissory"". My dog was seen by the VCA after he was tagged by a car. No broken bones...

awful Pet Care and Customer service 3/28/2008

I took my puppy there and he ended up being sick . No one called me due to laB mix up for over a week, Then when i complained the most of the staff was very rude. I would deff. not take your dog there. I dont trust them with my animals care anymore. There very expensive and do not truly care for aminals. Do yourself a favor and dont go there . Cons: awful service more

unnecessary test and expensive!! 12/8/2007

I took my cat for a urinary track infection and after an hour of unnecessary test I went home with medicine and a $580 bill. I was told my 14 year old cat had a heart murmur and should see a cardiologist. I was never told the expense or what the doctor was doing. I did call to complain and the doctor told me "well you didn't look like you couldn't afford the test" I will never go there again. I was wondering why everyone was paying with their charge card. more
