Sad reason to go to the vet 9/25/2008

Our family had a fire in our home on the lower level. Our Retriever, dog was on the deck on the upper level. She was burned and we had to have her put down. Horrible thing to have happen to a member of our family. We had tons of tears and sorrow and the staff was so understanding and helpful. Their compassion was wonderful and it helped us. I still tear up just writing this. more
