I've gone there twice, for urgent care for my cats when my regular vet couldn't see them. The vet care seems good, but the reception staff is terrible. Today I went to pick up my cat and was told I owed an additional $175 (over the $735 I had already paid). When I asked what it was for, the woman disappeared into the back room to supposedly talk to her boss. I was left standing at the reception desk for more than a half hour with absolutely no explanation of what was going on or how much longer it was going to take. Eventually I began to demand information, but it ultimately took 45 minutes and me pitching a fit before I finally got an "explanation" that the bill was a mistake, and I was finally given my cat. I will never go there again.
