Worst experience with lodging my pet ever! Booked the VIP suite and when we checked in, receptionist didn't know if they had a suite available after we reserve it a couple of weeks prior. 2rd, the camera in the suite was not working either and took them 2 days for it to work after contacting the customer representative through the ""contact us"" link in their website through email. Contacted the customer service representative again with no response to which I had to call to get any info while vacationing internationally. Would not recommend the lodging service here at all. Lack of communication seems to be they issue on their part! more

Avoid this horrible place like the plague!!! 3/5/2008

We took our dog here (paid and arm & a leg for boarding) and our previously healthy dog is now deathly sick. They claim it is not their problem.... blah, blah, blah. The Highlands Ranch manager was nasty and rude on the phone. I could not get a word in edgewise. Do not take your pet to this ""hell hole"". We had better experiences with the Aurora location. Pros: Nice building. Cons: everything after you walk in the door. Terrible customer service. more

They are experts on pets! 2/9/2006

I was impressed by the great services Tenaker Pet Care Centers the first time I walked in there. My dear dog, Pepo, was sick for a few days. And I decided to go to a vet to check it out. My neighbor recommended Tenaker, and I took Pepo there. They are very friendly people, very professional and very knowledgeable on pets. They gave Pepo some medications to take and he got better the next day! If you really love your pets, you may want to try Tenaker when they are sick. more

We have an experienced medical team consisting of three doctors and 6 nurses - one of which specializes in dog and cat dentistry. Our doctors are experienced and offer personalized one-on-one attention with great care and concern for you and your pet. *We provide drop-off doggy daycare Monday through Friday, 7am thru 7pm (no reservations required). *Doggy Daycare is always supervised and that includes our outdoor heated swimming pool. *Puppy Daycare is on Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 - 3 pm, and has a camera that you can log into and watch your pup at play. *For our guests wanting to play solo or just with a sibling, we offer a private play yard that is camera accessible. *Our Pet Lodge provides clean and spacious runs for each pet with raised beds and a window that provides natural light. *If luxury is what your pet is used to, we also offer suites outfitted with cameras so that owners can view their pets 24/7 via Internet. *Unlike other Doggy Daycare facilities, VCA Mountainview Pet Lodge has a medical staff onsite, and on-call to utilize whenever we have a question or concern. *We have 2 talented full time groomers on site daily for bath and breed cuts, or just a simple bath and brush.
