My 15 yr old lab was a client of 5 pts. and had been there just last summer for a "wellness" visit. During a camping trip in WV her back hips went out and she could only drag herself around. We decided to come home immediately and have her put down. I called 5 pts. Sunday morning just as they were opening for the day. I told them the situation and they said they had no one that could help me that day and that they were also booked for the next day. I then called .... and although I was never a client, they gave me an appt. immediately and were both compassionate and caring during a very difficult time for both me and my dog. They will be my next "new" vet for my next "new" companion. more

LACK OF INTEGRITY 6/24/2018

LACK OF INTEGRITY People who lie to avoid accountability are untrustworthy, as well as those who do nothing about it. I would never recommend this place to anyone!! A MINUS FIVE RATING would be more accurate. .... maybe it will prevent someone from making the same mistake I made. more
