Worst

A good facility, great hours, but all about money. The front desk has an entitled attitude and they charge you double of what they say and run lots of expensive tests.

Dr. Fry was awesome with my little girl! She took the time to really evaluate her and didn't seem like she was in a rush. She really addressed all Maddi's problems and i would recommend Dr. Fry to my friends and family. She didn't try to charge extra services we didn't need, unlike a lot of vets who are in it for the money, not for our furry friends. I'm so thankful for her professionalism and knowledgeable staff. They treated us like family and we will definitely go back! Pros: competent, caring, sympathetic Cons: none more

You get what you pay for, so be patient! 4/16/2009

The doctors are very knowledgeable and have a sincere love of the animals. The staff is large, good hours, boarding available, retails animal products and very busy. Expect to wait, pay more for unscheduled visits, and I feel that it's more costly than most vets due to their overhead expenses, after all, it's a thriving business. I want to buy stock in this one, you can not go wrong. more

Professional service with compassion and patience 12/4/2008

I love this Hospital. I have 2 dogs and and have taken them there all these years for check ups, cherry eye, and a great place to buy dog food :). The staff is very friendly and all the doctors are very professional and they put at ease knowing they will do their very best to take car of your pet. the prices are average to a little high but nothing extreme. Even if you find it cost a little more for certain things.. in my opinion it is money well spent knowing your pets are in the hands of professionals more

Very Nice People 11/18/2008

We brought our dog to them several years ago late at night, the Dr.'s and staff were really nice and explained everything to us. This past year we had to put her to sleep and when we brought her in they were really compassionate about the whole thing. they let my parents be with her until they took her in the back. they even asked if they wanted to be there when they put her to sleep. When we got her ashes back the staff was really nice and showed their sympathy for our loss. they did an excellent job. more

Caring Pet Facility 2/14/2006

Recently my dog had a cancerous tumor, the staff and especially Dr. Fry was very compassionate during this traumatic time to both my pet and I. They were attentive to his care and follow-up. Their rates are reasonable and conveniently located. A+ service! more

911- Animal in Distress 8/26/2005

This vet takes emergencies and was prompt in seeing my cat recently. The doctor who saw him was very understanding to my concerns and reviewed treatment options with me. The facility is very clean and well-maintained. It doubles as a pet store as well. Their service charges are average for veterinary care. more
