Worst

I was part of a wedding party that hired this company. My experience: the one bus--not two as promised, the second cancelled by the owner of the company because of his own mistak...

PLEASE BE WARNED! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! 5/9/2012

I also wish I could give a negative star rating for this company. Here is the short and not so sweet of my story. 2 party buses were reserved for my wedding 2 months prior to the date. 1 1/2 weeks before I was cancelled for my current booking, and was asked to move my wedding and my dinner time around to accommodate their new availability. I was basically backed into a corner, and booked the party buses just 1 way instead of round trip (because this was now all they had available) 1 1/2 hours prior to my wedding ceremony because that was the time they could do it. 2 min before the scheduled pickup time as I am scrambling to get ready I get a call saying their 30 person vehicle had broken down, and they only had a 20 person vehicle available. I started getting upset, and the manager Alex threatened to hang up on me, and not help me at all. He then told me they would do trips with the 20 person vehicle to get my passengers to the wedding. When the vehicle was 40 min late, and I called to check on the status, Alex hung up on me! My guests made the wedding by mere minutes and only because I begged for the ceremony to be held off. I was a mess for the hours leading up to the ceremony, and couldn't shake my stress level even when the ceremony had started. I feel like Alex ruined my special day! And to top it off, he STILL charged me for both vehicles, and refused to give me a refund! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

If Yelp had a negative 5 Star rating, that is what i would use. This is without question the worst limo company I have ever been associated with. We were in Las Vegas for a wedding with a large party and Alex at V Transport changed the terms of our contract the day of the wedding and sent us a smaller limo that required the driver to make multiple trips. The bride was in tears and almost missed her scheduled time at the wedding chapel.\r \r We tried to work something out with Alex, but he was consistently rude and hung up on us multiple times. He was clearly not interested in rectifying the situation after he ruined our friend's wedding.\r \r Words of wisdom, stay away from V Transport if you require transportation in a punctual and timely manner. \r more

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY 5/7/2012

we reserverd a 30 person party bus for my brothers 30th birthday party. two hours before our scheduled pickup time they called and cancelled stating that the bus broke down. So we had 30 people waiting for this bus and had to scramble to find another company. Then we had reservations the next night that we had booked at the same time as the first one for a 20 person bus to pick us up at sam Boyd stadium after the supercross. Right before the event he called and cancelled again saying he had no employees to drive the bus. When I argued with him he hung up on me. I called back later from a different phone and he tried to set me up with a bus for that night again. Then he figured out it was me and hung up on us again . I would rather pay a cab fair to his office and beat his ass then book with this company again he ruined two of our nights in vegas for 20 to 30 people. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE more

Worst Night EVER 4/15/2012

The absolute worst experience ever! We were celebrating our friend's bachelor party, when they arrived (35 min late) they would only take cash (should have known something was fishy), we paid them and got on. The arrangement was for $950, we would have the bus from 9:00pm to 2:00am, and the bus would take us to 4 strip clubs with COMPED (free) access. The first club we went to, the bus driver told us it would be an additional $30 each per person to enter the club, with 2 free drinks. We disputed for a few minutes, but then said 'what the hay' and paid the money. The 2nd club we went to... same deal, and we had enough. We refused to go in and wanted to talk with the manager because this was not what we paid for. The manager was extremely rude, and tried to come up with a sleezy round about way of explaining “the $950 you paid gets you comped access but we can’t control the strip club and they are a business and have to make money too” In other words, the entry is not free, and the company FALSELY ADVERTISES. The manager got into a shouting match with us on the phone and when we asked for a refund, they refused and CALLED THE POLICE on us. We gladly welcomed the police because they were ripping us off. The manager arrived 10 minutes later and started yelling, saying “the police are coming because you threatened the safety of the driver, and you are going to be arrested”. End result, the police came, and obviously no one was being threatened, and we reviewed the contract we signed, and the contract says NOTHING about free access, so we couldn’t do anything about it. CAUTION: review everything you sign with this company, and beware of paying cash because you will not get it back. more

We are locals in Vegas we did use different company's before for several of our party's we call V Transportation for my father 73rd birthday party for our 27 guests i was very surprise once we saw the party bus very very nice the driver was fully uniformed and very nice towards the party they put the old songs for my fathers birthday that was great thanks for the good time and keep up the good work. more

We just got back home it was very hot in Vegas but we loved it we wana have cruse on Las Vegas blvd we call V Transportation great party bus like a club we never see a real bar inside the bus maaan it was good we had a blast they did a great job. more

If you love your wife, DONT USE! 5/18/2011

A dealing from HELL! If i could rate this business in a negative I would do so! My wife booked a bus in April for a wedding that wouldn't take place until June 16th. The bride cancelled the wedding so we called to cancel the reservation and get our deposit back of $269. The man was very rude and said we do not offer refunds. But they would make an exception. It would take up to 14 days.\r \r Days passed past the 14 days so we dicided to call and see what was going on. The man said it would take up to 6-8 weeks. We said that was not going to happen. It does not take that long to charge a card back. Asked to speak with the owner. He said NO. You will speak with me!\r \r Wife told him that he could refund our money. He said we don't even offer refunds you are lucky I am doing this for you. By the end of the conversation he was yelling at my wife. Said he was not going to refund the money. (it states right on their website that they will refund you the money. We even took a screenshot of it.) Then before haning up he called my wife a F***ER. \r more

DO NOT USE THEM..SWEET 16 - RUINED! 3/6/2011

The party bus on their website is not what arrived at my daughters sweet 16 event... it was small & we had to stand!!... the inside was outdated that had a VHS player in it... seats were green and only one row of neon lites on top... also, i was told by Marie, that all their buses are designed the same... NOT TRUE... Before the teens boarded I called the ""manager"" to complain, he said ""This is what you paid for""... We began to argue & then he told me my trip has been cancelled!! Only because I had 20+ teens standing there waiting to get on did I tell the driver we will continue the trip... We were packed in the bus some left having to stand.. so our 2 hour las vegas tour ended after an hour... Thanks V transportation for completely ruining my daughters sweet 16... its ridiculous that a so-called business could pull such a scam. more

Find another service that has ethics! 8/24/2010

My wife reserved V Transportation for my 40th birthday party. Three days prior to our party, they called and asked if we could push our reservation back two hours because they had double booked the bus and the first party wasn't going to be done with it in time for them to get it to our event. We told them ""no"" because we had a schedule of places to be and our contract was locked in by our deposit. The day of the our party, they called two hours before the start of our party to tell us ""the bus was broke down"". Convenient? Coincidence? Highly unlikely. But let's give them the benefit of the doubt despite the shady circumstances it was under. IF this was true, then as a business under contract to a customer they should have sub-contracted another transportation company to provide us with the bus regardless of the expense to them since they were violating the terms of our contract. What did they do? They recommended another transportation company we could call instead of taking responsibility for their actions. It has been over two weeks now and we still have not received a refund for our deposit. This company is underhanded, unethical, and should be avoided by everyone needing reliable service. more

Wedding in Vegas 8/6/2010

We was in Vegas this year for our wedding we use V Transportation to transport us to las vegas wedding chapel on time service first they took us to welcome las vegas sign and then we spent some time on las vegas blvd they did not push us out from the party bus they give us full time what we ask for. We call them again to take us to the club at the same day they provide us the vip service we cant ask for more they did more then enough we are coming back to vegas next summer we want them to pick us again. more

My son birthday was last week July29 he is 12 now we plan his birthday and call his all friends and call V Transportation and ask for the party bus bus was on time very clean and driver was supper nice they took very good care of my kid and his friends my kid was so happy and ask me if he can get the same party bus again for his future birthday i told him yes thanks to V Transportation good job. more

The only way we roll in Vegas 7/30/2010

Limo party bus is the only way we roll when going out in Vegas. My brother Antonio's friend gonna get married and he took me out to Vegas for his bachelor party. i like the limo bus and i told em to use it for the wedding also. i want to thank em for everything they did that night. After the strip club i liked the girls that jumped in and cruised with us to XS at the Wynn and we party all night. Thank you party bus man for the connections, you have the best ride in Vegas. Don't Bother UsingV-Transportaion 7/26/2010

I used V-Transportation for my daughter's Valley of Fire wedding. The driver arrived 10 minutes late and the air conditioning on the bus was not working properly. He said it was ""fine"" for the other two weddings he did that day??? I had to load everyone onto the hot balck bus because the preacher and photographer were already out at the V.O.F. site. The sun was up and it was HOT, July 24th HOT in Vegas. We were all sweating and I was worried the grand parents were going to collapse from the heat in the bus. I brought a cooler full of beer, water and wine and ice in the limo bus. They provided some water and soft drinks but that was gone on the way there. It got no better after the sun went down. I was fortunate that nobody passed out but some of the Sr. citizens were sick and had to leave the party at the restaurant early. When we arrived at the restaurant, the driver gave excuse after excuse and said it was not his fault, the limo bus was ""black"" and absorbed more heat (blah, blah, blah) I was fortunate we got there without incident but it was terrible for my guests. I'm waiting to hear from the managers or owners to arrange a ""remedy"" for this debacle. Pros: Friendly on the Phone Cons: Over promise, under deliver more

This company is a scam1 Stay away!!!! 5/19/2010

They really get no star. I went to Vegas on a 4 day trip and booked his services for all 4 days. I should have got a clue as soon as I boarded and noted the Ipod hook up that I told was available was not. Then the driver sped off and left me without (the contracted payee) out in the middle of nowhere while I was taking pics because a guest on the bus had to use the bathroom. If you board this bus, bring your own cups. His glasses were dirty. Once I realized the glasses were dirty and I was putting them back, one fell and broke and he over charged me $20 which I freely paid. But what upset me even more is when he charged my $500 for a railing that was already broken. Even when I proved to him it was already broken. And his own driver told me it was nothing and not to worry about it. The owners only suggestion was for me to dispute it with my bank. Now I have to go through the night mare of small claims because of his scam. Beware!!! Stay away! His prices are too good to be true. The owner Shah Syed is running a scam of a company and the driver is a rude liar. Other then being out of $500 buck, my shoulder is still sore from his loose railing that came loose as soon as I touched it. The owner even refuses to provide me a copy of my signed contract. Beware, beware, beware! Don't do it!!! Run!!! Pros: cheap prices...but cheap services Cons: company has dishonest practices and no professionalism. more
