Not only did VIP Limo not provide the limo I agreed to, looked at in person and paid a hefty amount for, they sent a different limo company (with no prior notice). So when I came out of the church the limo was not what I paid for (definitely not as nice) and NOT from VIP.\r

Then the driver proceeded to tell my maid-of-honor that he needed the bride's credit card before he was going anywhere (like a bride has her credit card on her anyway). The problem is that I paid my balance in full the day before the weding and his tip had already been handed to him in cash! Perhaps he didn't have the most up-to-date information because he WAS NOT from VIP! He caused headaches and stress for no good reason...on my wedding day!\r

FINALLY, when I contacted VIP to tell them what happened, I was informed that managers/owners do not take complaints on the phone. I would have to go to the website, submit an email and wait for a response. NO ONE EVER RESPONDED! I sent a total of 4 emails and VIP did not have the courtesy to return a paying customers phone call. Apparently customer service is NOT what VIP believes in.\r

BRIDES (and everyone else): Do not risk an important day or evening on a company that is SHADY and has no respect for it's paying patrons.
Cons: Sent wrong limo, rude driver, no courtesy or customer service!
