Amazing massage 7/1/2012

Great Post Pregnancy Massage 6/30/2012

This was my first massage after having my daughter 7 month's ago. I also have Bell's Palsy that is healing so having this massage was just what I needed. Debbie did a wonderful job! Can't wait to return. more

Awesome Massage 6/26/2012

It was my first visit to to Uzima Springs and it won't be my last. Maryanne was wonderful. She gave me a thorough and relaxing massage. My entire left side was tight and she found the right trigger points to unlock them and provide the range of motion that I needed. Thank you so much. more

Excellent Massage 6/24/2012

I enjoyed my experience at Uzima Springs. The staff was friendly and professional. The massage therapist removed the muscle tightness in my neck, shoulders, and back. I was given a sheet showing stretching exercises to help alleviate stress. I was so relaxed and felt like a new person when I left. more

Fabulous Massage 6/13/2012

This was my first visit to Uzima Springs, and I will definitely be returning. The staff was very accommodating when scheduling my appt, and although I arrived a few minutes late I still received my entire 60 minute massage. Debbie was very thorough in her assessment, and totally customized the massage to fit my needs. Extremely professional, friendly and proficient. more

I have been seeing Maryanne for 6 + years of massage and she is STILL the one I run to!! She continues to evolve and progress her knowledge and practice, to the benefit of her clients. The massage I had was great. I like the cupping way of massaging. It is in a good location and easy to find in Knightdale right be side the KFC and in front the car wash. I will be coming back. more

The massage itself was awesome- I liked Carla a lot. She was responsive and nice to work with. However, I probably won't be back because the location is very inconvenient- it's on the second floor of a small office building and difficult to find. more

AWESOME!! 5/27/2012

The 1st word that comes to mind when thinking of my massage...AWESOME! It was so relaxing, and definitely took care of my problem areas, of back & feet, which were in need of attention after playing 5 rounds of golf in 4 days the previous weekend. I would highly recommend Uzima to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and perfect massage. more

First Professional Massage 5/27/2012

This was my first massage. My experience with Debbie was great. I will be going back in two weeks. She explained what I could expect and was very helpful with answering any question I had. I am looking forward to my next visit and hoping to finally be free from shoulder and lower back pain. Thanks to everyone there for making my first experience with massage a pleasant one. more

Appreciated the professionalism and thoroughness 5/26/2012

Maryanne was just superb! I appreciated her calming style and really believed she cared about resolving my pain issues. I enjoyed her massage style with the addition of the cupping technique. I have already made my next 2 appointments and am hopeful that if I stick with Maryanne that she can provide me some natural pain relief. more

Finally a solution to my shoulder pain. 5/24/2012

Debbie did a great job! I've been dealing with shoulder pain off and on for over 15 years. The pain is gone for the first time. My shoulder regained lost motion after she used cupping and several massage techniques. Plus, the gentle stretches she recommended are keeping it limber. While I'm going to need to go back to regain full motion, it's much better than the useless painkillers, and so forth. Then add the care she took to make sure I wasn’t hurting during the process. Wow. I’m elated! more

Worth Looking Into 5/14/2012

Triangle Ortho said I would never walk right due to a broken leg with pins and plates for life. Met Maryanne at Company Health Fair and she used Rekki, pressure point therapy and massages. Within 3 months, was walking better, had pins and plates removed and doctor was impressed with MRI. Continued therapy and walk as if I never had broke my ankle. Since then I invested in full body massages and feel like a different person. She pays attention to your needs and is truly genuine. more

The lcoation of the office was easy to find to start with. The therapist (Debbie) was very courteous and pleasant to work with. I was informed of various massage techniques and felt very happy wth the whole experience. more

60 minute massage 5/10/2012

My therapist was Karla and she did an amazing job! She was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. She was very attentive by asking if the massage table was warm enough and always making sure her pressure wasn't too hard/soft. I would definitely have another massage at Uzima - it was so relaxing and helped relieve my stress. more

60 minute massage 5/8/2012

My therapist was Debbie, and she did a great job.I had a massage technique done called cupping. I had never heard of it before and thought I'd give it a try. I am very active and workout a lot so my muscles are tight all the time. I would definitely get it done again. I think it is a great way to work a larger part of the muscle in less time. more

I really enjoyed meeting the therapists with Uzima Springs Therapy. I was pleased with how courteous they were and how time efficient. My massage was fulfilling and in the exact time alloted. My therapist, Debbie, was very efficient in explaining the process to me and made sure I know questions before the session began.
