Save yourself time and money don't take your truck here! John S. and Ken S. have it right! I took my truck there and when the told me it was fixed. The truck died when I tried to turn it on, he looked at it 2 more times and didn't get it fixed but took my money. And was going to ask me for more. When I told him I was disappointed he swore and and raised his voice. I did not have a good experience with With Utah Diesel. more

UTAH DIESEL CENTER WAS A GREAT HELP! I've had problems with my truck and taken it to multiple shops where they weren't able to make the repairs. Utah Diesel fixed my truck quickly and efficiently. It was worth every penny to finally have my truck running better than ever! Thank you, Utah Diesel Center! more

DO NOT GO TO UTAH DIESEL CENTER. Very expensive, dishonest with their job, unexperienced, unfriendly, unprofessional. Yes I agree with Ken S. obviously these guys don't care about their reputation. A really bad experience with them. Do anybody know or will recomend any other shop around utah county? more

These guy's obviously don't care about their reputation. I went and talked to them about installing a Pac Brake on my 07 Duramax, Camron assured me that they did good work. When I picked up my truck the bill was more than they quoted me, they broke the adjustment switch on my seat. After talking with Pac Brake customer service they told me the brake wasn't operating properly. I took the truck back to Utah Diesel Center where Camron told me tto turn the brake off and not use it. He contradicted what Pac Brake told me and said he would have to research the problem. When I went back he wasn't there and they said he would call me. Camron hasn't called me and won't answer my phone call's . They obviously don't know how a Pac Brake works or how to properly install the brake.I will now have to take the problem to Gillette Diesel to have the it resolved. When someone tells you they do good work, to me that means doing the job right the first time. Don't go there poor customer service and don't seem to care about their reputation. \r more

I had a Edge Chip put my 2006 dodge 3500 by these guys a long time ago and it started to act up recently. I went in and they took the chip off for free and sent it in to Edge for a replacement. They helped me get a new chip (free) and didn't charge me to put it back on either. I am a true fan! more

Shity shop 6/21/2010

I have been in that shop for two major repairs on my 96dodge diesel the first was a tracking bar they put it on I left and a day later I had the death wobble so I took it back and they told me I need a new TRacking bar I said you just replaced it the other day. They ended up eating the 300$ bill for putting the wrong one in. The second time was 6/16/10 I was needing a new transmission so I had one built k they quoted me 3500 I ended up paying 3795$ I so not only was it more money they kept it longer than they said and I picked it up the other day left went to Lunch came out and I was leaking trans fluid so I took it back they tried to fix it left agine went back to work and noticed it was leaking the second time. So now they want me to pay for their screw up after I payed more than I wanted in the first place I wouldn't recommend taking any thing their. Its bullshit. I have two commercial trucks their also and they are losing my business!!! more

Best service I have ever had! 12/22/2008

I was broke down on the side of the road and they dropped what they were doing to come and fix the problem. I have not had any problems since. Very fair & competative prices!! I would go there over anywhere else! Pros: Thumbs Up!! They know what they are doing more

Great shop 8/14/2008

They had us up and running in one day, they stayed over to complete the job, even had a employee stay and pick up our driver. The service was great, they went out of theri way to get us back on the road. The cost was the same as our shop here in Calif, usually you get ripped when your're out of town.We put them on our good guy list. Pros: Willing to get you going more

Happy Customers 1/7/2008

My husband and I have been using Utah Diesel Center for a few years now. Reading some of these reviews makes me wonder if they have the wrong shop. Utah Diesel Center has been so good to us for a long time. I have never had a problem with them and they back up all there work. If you are looking for a good, clean, honest shop this should be your one stop. I highly recommend Utah Diesel Center. Check it out and you'll see! more

Great Service!! 1/5/2008

I broke down a block from their shop walked over to get some help. They towed me back for free!! and fixed my truck for a very reasonable price considering the dealership wanted to charge almost double. They were very professional and even washed my entire engine making my engine cleaner than when i bought my truck. more

Look Somewhere Else! 11/13/2007

I felt that they were not honest with their work and hours logged and they did not fix the problem. In truth they actually created a larger problem that had to be fixed by a different shop. If I were you I would look to other service providers! more

Expensive and unfriendly 10/17/2007

Charged near $400 for 2.5 hours on site. Hung up several times when I tried to negotiate a fair price. The wire they installed was mysteriously cut the next day at my home. I have filed a police report. Cons: Impossible to work with. Not as competent as competitors. more
