I should never have bought my textbooks from the UTA bookstore. The only reason I bought from them instead of my usual Amazon or B&N is because they had the package: textbook and access cards. However, my textbook was lost and I called them about it. After all, I paid a hefty sum for the textbook and the shipping. They have a considerable lack of customer service telling me that I should claim it from Fedex and they have no resposibility after they give it to the shipping company so ""bye"".
After this experience, I'd rather buy from Amazon and B&N where I never got this problem. The only time I had a problem was with an Amazon seller who also helped me in contacting the shipping company, filing claims and telling me to file a claim through Amazon.
UTA bookstore also sells their products at a premium compared to other sellers and won't help you if Fedex fails to deliver. Again, the only reason I bought from them is because they packaged the book and access cards together which I now very much regret.
I've been shopping online a lot. This is, by far, my worst online shopping experience ever. Buy from UTA bookstore at your own risk.
