Used Cars Depot

I paid off my loan to Used Car Depot Inc last year and today I called the DMV to find out why I hadn't received my title because it appears that this company Used Car Depot has gone out of business. The DMV states that they never finalized and they own fees to the DMV. Does anyone know what Financial Institution they transferred their accounts to? PLEASE HELP! more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CONS!! I made the worst mistake of my life buying a car here. It broke down a few weeks in, the cooling system literally FELL APART because they had taped it up with black electrical tape to hide the fact the car was a POS. The car fax must have been fake because after the cooling system, the intake broke, then the lights, then the spark plugs froze up and I couldn't drive it for almost two years because of the insane cost to fix it all. For a carfax to say regular maintenance was done and then find out the spark plugs were NEVER changed EVER on a 6 year old car is ridiculous! They recently refused my payment WRITTEN OUT TO THEM because of a new payment center they are working with. They're customer service agents are a bunch of C*$&s and I've told them so several times!! It's all in an attempt to repo the car since I only have a few payments left. ONCE THEY GET ALL YOUR MONEY THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE YOUR CAR BACK TO SELL ALL OVER AGAIN. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE LOW LIFE THUGS I REALLY REALLY WISH I HADN'T. more

YOU SHOULD MOST DEFINITELY!!! Read ALL their reviews before even talking to these people. i wish i did. These people are such DIRTBAGS!! EVERYONE that works there starting with the owner RICK he's an a**hole for trying to kick me off his property for telling him the truth about what their doing. Then his wife she doesnt know what the hell she talking about. oh yeah and the B**** that answers the phone, maricela who's hung up on me more than once and always tells me no one is available to speak with me. BE VERY CAREFUL if you even think about doing business with these people. Their cars are worthless and thats a fact!!!! All they want is your money! Just read all their reviews its the truth. These people are extremely rude and unprofessional. After they get your business they will hang up in your face, they will NOT respond to questions. They will lie & say no one is available. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! They will Repo your car for being 1 day late. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. more

Found them online and was looking for easy financing. I have a good credit but a very short credit (22 months). I earn really good money and have to credit cards and one car loan which where NEVER late! Those guys promise things they can't keep! I would have been able to put 30% down on a 16k car and still they wanted a cosigner, so my wife applied as a cosigner and still they wanted ANOTHER cosigner and out of a sudden the car was 18500 and not 16000 anymore. Bunch of incompetent people and not friendly at all. Just stay away. there are better ways to finance a car... more

I had losthope of getting financed after so many dealerships had turned me down for my car loan. When I found Rick at Used Car Depot he found a way to help me. When others were trying to sell me a used Dodge Neon and still couldn't get me approved, they were able to approve me for a very nice Toyota Camry with leather seats. My payments were great and I love my car. Thank you Used Car Depot!!!!!!!!! more

I bought a car from Used Car Depot last April. Which was easy easy easy. I didnt even give them proof of an address. The sales lady didnt even run my credit and said come back with a 1,000 dollars and its yours. Later i noticed that they added gap insurance to my auto loan. Not even a week later the car broke down. Fuel pump was bad. I was promised another service and everytime i took the car in for the machanic to fix something else would me messed up on my car. Still to this day that service has not been completed.. Very Bad Customer Service... STAY AWAY more

I was sold a LEMON!!!! I that I was getting a good deal but since we purchased the car I have had to put 4,000 dollars in repairs for the car. The sales staff show no interest in helping a previous costumer, buy not returning my calls, and not offering to help me in any way to solve the issues with the car they sold me.
