Did not dig outside,even though our salesman assured us it would be done. After our basement was "waterproofed" it is still wet every time it rains! Used our old existing sump as the main sump and the new as a backup. Old one died, backup will not work.Lifetime warranty..only if you give them even more money every year. 4 years later our basement is a moldy, wet mess! My family will soon be sick from the mold. Help!!! more

Company lies and have poor work ethics 2/16/2011

Salesman lied about work to be done and information package is completely different than contract. Said they would dig outside but when work actually started they then said did not. All they did was divert water coming in and did not waterproof from outside like they original said. Also caused damage to inside of my home and tried to blame me. I proved otherwise then they paid for fix. They do not follow there own procedures in the info package, it is basically a quick fix. There lifetime warranty is a two year warranty with option to extend it at your cost. Wished I would have researched this company more before hiring them. more
