In March 2009, I placed an order for wallpaper, and paid for it at that time. within days of placing my order, USA staff quickly reported that my order was backordered, but assured me it would be delivered the following week. I never received my order because they said the manufacturer had discontinued producing that pattern wallpaper. The staff at USA Wallpaper suggested that I select another pattern or request a refund. After numerous phone calls and E-Mails, I cancelled my order, June 2009, and requested a full refund. More phone calls and E-Mails were sent with no reply. Finally, in August 2009, they responded back to an E-Mail saying that their company was experiencing ""hard times"" during this time of economic crisis. They asked for me to be patient. It is now October 14, 2009,( 7 months after the order was placed) and I still have not received my refund!!! Why are they still in business? Why doesn't the BBB of Ohio or the state's attorney general intervene on behalf of all of the consumers they have cheated and stolen from? I hope everyone planning to order from this company will take the time to read the reviews that have been posted, first. It's sad that all of the reviews have the same complaints against USA Wallpaper.
