Us Tuxedo At Genetti's

This place does not know the meaning of customer service. I would not recommend this place to my dog. The whole tux order was screwed up right from the start. The groom's tux was not in when it was supposed to be, some of the bridal party had pocket squares some did not, and management could care less. Forget about trying to resolve issues the employees could care less. They gave the wrong tux's to 2 of the groomsmen. I have never been treated so rudely but any business that I have dealt with . Employees are very rude. The ring beares tux did not fit correctly. I cannot believe that this business can treat people the way they do and still stay in business. You can't complain because they will talk right over you. Please go somewhere else or you will be sorry!!!! more

We were quoted a price for the 9 tuxedos we needed to rent. We were told how much the groomsmen needed to put down to order the tux. We agreed and went on our way. When I got home I noticed tucked in our envelope a flier stating buy one get one free. So of course I called and spoke to a woman who said yes indeed that is a special they offer however we were NEVER told about it in store. A month before our wedding, my fiancee and groomsmen went in for their fittings. Not only did the very rude owner lie and say he told us about the promotion when we initially went in but now the prices of our rentals are 50.00 more than we were quoted. I of course called and spoke to him directly where he was extremely rude and told me may I should have paid better attention (yet I have everything for my wedding written down so I can keep track) but he also suggested that I find somewhere else to look for my tuxedos since I said he was lying. Also, the 20.00 down payment needed to order your tux also jumped up to 40.00.. everything this man says is a lie. Record everything ask for written/signed copies. I hope someone learns from our mistake... I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. more

The story starts out well enough when they quoted us a price so low that competing tuxedo rental companies in the area couldn't come close. However, that's where the smiles ended. They have many tuxedos in their showroom, but if you would like to see a selection of accessories, you have to ""visualize"" what it would look like from a book. We weren't content with ""visualizing"" and asked if they could order a set of a few samples so we could see it in person. They obliged, but they did not come in for 2 weeks. So we chose our accessories to match our bridesmaid's dresses and had our (3) measurements taken. more

Promised a ""perfect"" wedding and didn't follow through. We were spoken down to and spoken over with every request that we made. The very ""professional"" staff didn't keep records of deposits made, didn't supply the studs and cuff links for all wedding party members and then withheld the refunds because the owner said all tuxedos are double checked and we absolutely received all accessories. When placing a complaint with the owner we were told that we were wrong on all counts. No effort was made to please the customer. And as a final note, when complaining about the fit of the suit for the 7 year old ring bearer, the owner stated that look was more important than fit.
