I had used a alternative mailing service and ended up with a lost package. I was told by that service I needed to call the USPS (now Im wondering why I bothered using the other service at the time) and have them search for the lost item. I talked with Theresa giving her the ""whole story"" and the importance of the package. She told me she would check the facility and call me back. She also suggested that I file a case. \r

I did everything she suggested. She was very helpful, patient, and seemed to understand my plight. It meant a lot to me and it was certianly appreciated.\r
