We recently paid for Express Mail to have replacement credit cards delivered. Our wonderful USPS office put them in our mail box at 7:30 at night instead of delivering to the front door. Really aggravated. When I called to complain it took 23 rings before they picked up the phone and then said I had to call the postmaster at the Westlake Road distribution center. Also, we haven't been getting our mail until after dark. The government should let them go out of business and let UPS and FedEx handle it. Just so lame..... more

Falls of the Neuse Road 5/31/2011

This branch changed our courier and the courier that was on our route does not have a route. We are now getting business mail after 5:00. Our courier before had mail here at 11:00am. We get a lot of certified mail and 5:00 and after is not acceptable delivery time. I can see why the Federal Post Office is loosing money on a daily basis. Our zip is the 27615. more
