For some reason FedEx delivered my package to this post office, and when I checked on line on 1/6/12, it showed that the post office had delivered the package at 2:18pm on 1/5/12 ...

Lost packages 1/7/2012

For some reason FedEx delivered my package to this post office, and when I checked on line on 1/6/12, it showed that the post office had delivered the package at 2:18pm on 1/5/12 to my address. NOT!!! Our regular delivery person had to take a personal day off so another female delivered our mail. Called and talked to supervisor ""Wendy"" who has no idea where my package is. This is why I don't send anything thru the USPS. Still waiting for my package, which was my Xmas gift from hubby. USPS will pay for lost of package, not FedEx. Filing formal complaint on Monday! more

Bad Service 9/8/2011

This is the fourth time this post office has failed to deliver my packages and no notice in the mailbox from the carrier, this is the worst this time my package is on its way back to sender after spenting one day here at this post office and will cost me more money to get my package. Thanks alot New Braunfels Post Office. more

Great service 12/15/2009

I have brought up this safety issue in the past. However, the burned-out lights have not been replaced. Now that the Holidays are upon us; criminal behavior increases especially, in unlit parking lots. Someone may or will be a victim of assault or robbery if this safety concern is not addressed ASAP.
