Post Office Wonders Why It's Losing Customers 1/24/2011

I was extremely & needlessly inconvenienced by this post office branch when I was compelled to go way out of my way to pick up a small package. When I got home, I was able to place my small bottle of cologne in my mailbox & was able to completely close my mailbox. WHY, THEN, DID THE DELIVERY PERSON NOT PUT IT IN MY BOX & INSTEAD FORCE ME TO HAVE TO MAKE THE TRIP TO THIS OFFICE? more
