This place has horrible customer service. Per the USPS, my package was mailed from this facility August 17, 2012, being delivered to a post office in Savannah, Georgia by August 21, 2012. It's August 26, 2012 and my package has not been delivered. I've continuously phoned this facility, even speaking with the Plant Manger and no one can give me any information regarding my item. More times than not, I've been forced to leave a voice-mail message due to no one picking up the phone and no one has called me back.
