Us Post Office

Absolutely ridiculous, poor service, and the people in the office really do not care about your well being or if you have something extremely important and need it on a specific time frame. Ordered a package on priority order, with a charge of $20 for shipping! Needed it today (1/22/2013) mail came, and NO package, no one knocked at my door, absolutely nothing, the deliveryman simply left my mail, nothing else, this package was posted on their website as ""Out for Delivery"". Called the main office, the woman was not willing to work with me, nor did she care for the emergency of the situation in which I needed the product. I would NOT recommend USPS to anyone, use UPS or FedEx, they are incredibly more reliable and will work with you significantly more, called the office they didnt even help, especially with this poorly run Post Office, this isnt the first or the second time Ive had issues with them. more

Having worked in Lebanon for over a year now, I've met several of the mail carriers who deliver to our office. They are all very nice and very good at what they do. Cliff, Brian, Dave, I wish I knew last names, and a few others are all top notch. I called the Post Office for information on a problem I was working on and got help very quickly and the gentleman who helped me was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I must say I have never had even the hint of a bad experience in any of the contacts I have had with this Post Office. Keep up the great work! Al Whitson at American Village Apartments more
