I have been mailing packages from this branch in Goose Creek for 2 months now and 4 packages have been lost in the mail already. And 6 times in the last 4 months we have not received mail. These were not holidays either. I know they did not deliver the mail because we had mail that was going out with our flag up and they never showed up. Our neighbors have complained about this as well. The employees at that branch are dreadful. One lady always is chewing gum like a cow and acts like she hates all the customers. Only one male employee is nice to the customers and I am relieved when I deal with him. The nasty lady who chews her gum like a cow once charged me for priority mail to send a package when I told her numerous times I wanted to send it first class. When I corrected her she got her manager and told the manager that I changed my mind at the last minute when I told her over and over it was to be first class. Other customers in line backed me up. Just a terrible post office. I think I may drive a little further to the north charleston branch from now on.
