worst post office ever 2/4/2011

me and my fiance are trying to move but we havent gotten any mail from this post office for 4 days...i no the winter storm was bad but if im out walking in it and i see mail trucks...we should have received mail but we didnt and they wont let us no what to do in this situation because they never answer the phones!!! very upsetting!! more
