I can not believe the the unprofessionalism at this site. When I called, I was put on hold 3 times. I waited more than 15 minutes and left on hold until the phone disconnected. All I wanted to know is why my business mail was not being forwarded to the new location. So I went directly to the post office and asked for the supervisor. I was informed that the person not responding to me was the supervisor and I needed to call the mail carrier to ask why he wasn't forwarding my mail. Is that my job? How do you find the names of supervisor to write to about my concerns?
