Mail is not being forwarded, after putting in a change of address on line with the US Postal service and recieving a confirmation that it has been changed.\r

The landlord at this address opens other people's mail, I have personally seen her do it. \r

My credit card statement has yet to be recieved at my current address with proper forwarding. I do not believe I am getting all of my mail.\r
\r
This is unsatisfactory, even if mistakes happen!
