I have been a customer with us cellular for nearly a year. Recently I went to the store to see about making changes to my plan since my husband will be returning shortly from over seas. There were 5 employees in the store. I signed in as directed. I was skipped over twice, and finally when I did get to speak with an employee 15 mins later, I felt like i was being rushed since I made it clear I was not going to be making any purchases that day, that I was simply there to get information first.
I have often times had to wait in line to pay my bill and have been treated rudely and been told that I need to sign in even if only paying a bill because that's how they keep things under control and from getting things confused.
I will stick with the service because it is a good company, I just think some of the staff need to work on their customer service a bit.
