Rented last minute from these guys and I am just lucky to be alive. First car had all the engine lights on, engine smelled like burnt rubber, horn was broken and was pulled over by police due to tail lights being out. I am ok with a few flaws in a rental but when tail lights are out that's a safety issue. We drove through thick mountain fog before we knew and could have been injured. Guys that ran the place seemed not too concerned. Traded in car for a 2nd one that was dirty and also had problems (check engine light on and fuel gage broken). Bottom line if this is you last choice rental, pray that you get to your final destination alive. more

THINK AGAIN ABOUT RENTING FROM THESE FOLKS 9/6/2008

Rented a van from these folks -- the air pressure was dangerously low in both rear tires. We filled them up, but had a blowout anyway, because they were driven (previous to our rental) with the air pressure so low. We were assured that we would be reimbursed for the cost of the replacement tire -- but it never happened!!!! I have to wonder about the motivation to rent the van in such poor maintenance -- was it just sloppy, shoddy business practice which could have jeopardized the safety of their customers -- or were they just trying to get some new tires out of the deal. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS. Pros: low cost (before the cost of repair, at least) Cons: everything else more

Rip Off City 5/2/2007

What a rip off. Worst cars in the history of car rentals. Worst customer service possible. Rude would not even begin to describe these ""people'. Operates out of a travel trailer behind a boarded up building.\r First car we got did not run very well. When we took it back they yelled at us as if it was our fault. Next car would not go over 50 without shaking apart, took it back and wanted a refund. They told us to get off the property if we knew what was good for us.\r I can't believe the city would let such a rip off business operate. Pros: nothing Cons: everything more
