I absolutely would not advice this place! I was so excited to receive my car, but when I got there.. I knew it was a mistake, but I had already paid for my vehicle and they won't give you your money back or refund you if anything happens. They have NO mechanics and do not test drive the vehicles before they sale them; although, they told ever person who walked into the place that they were great cars and ran well. On the item description it said the radio worked and it did not! The door handle was even broken on the inside and they failed to let me know that until I traveled 9 hours to get there. They left the car completely on empty and it is a good thing a gas station was right next to the building. The worst part of all is that there was obviously a leak, but I figured it was just a simple oil leak (which I am used to in my older car) so I thought nothing of it. I was two hours away when my car literally caught on fire!!! What is being done?! NOTHING! Since I bought the car ""as is."" So ya know there goes over $3000 of my hard earned money. The guy said that they could give me a discount on another car from them. HAHAHA! Why? So it could catch on fire too? No, Thank you! Please people! Don't buy a car from them. Please! more

Straight forward no b.s. place unlike other dealers I went to, good cars there, if you need to find a good auto dealership in this area seriously check em out, they will work with you, they did for me bigtime, totally happy my friends aunt told me about them..good luck auto shopping! more

They will try to make you think like you are getting a real bargain until you signed the paperworks and then you figure out that they slapping a $700+ of fees in addition to the agreement price. Once you signed the paperwork, sorry you cant get out of there if refuse to pay the amount. My friends got angry and decided to walk out but the saleman followed us with his explanations but wont take off the auction fees. This is not an auto auction place anyways ....this is just a regular car dealer that you come make an offer and drive away ....then why would anyone want to pay auction fee/prep fees for . We finally convinced back after the sweet mouth saleman with offer of FREE paperworks done for the vehicle. Took them 2 and a half months to get my paperworks from the state with their reason of lateness due to the DMV fault. Along with that my engine trunk wont open ....and $300 to repair. Finally after 5 months the transmission broke and junk jard was where the car from US Auto Auction belong . NEVER COME BACK AGAIN .....ALSO I WILL SPREADING THE HARSH FACTS OF THIS EVIL PLACE SO OTHER BUYERS CAN BEWARE Cons: Lemon Vehicles, No Refund, Auction Fees ? more
