I took a very nice tie there to be cleaned. It came back with spots on the back and color variations on the front. The owner took over 10 months to finally return one of my many calls to her. She then said the problem was due to manufacturing not cleaning and would not reimburse my husband for the tie. She said we should return it to the place of purchase, which at that point was 15 months prior. If she believed from the start it was not her error (which I don't believe) why did she wait so long to contact me?
