The worst medical experience of my life 7/31/2007

In one regular office visit, the staff lost my Patient Information form, Dr. Drew refused to look at my referring physician information, would not and did not address my primary concern and from my position, wrote an inaccurate medical report. The Financial Manager wrote a very nasty and inaccurate letter. I am filing complaint with the Medical Board. I have changed medical provider to the UC Davis group and am extremely happy. I hope I just caught Dr Drew on a bad day and I truly hope others have a much better experience with Urologic Surgeons than I had... Pros: I can't think of anything positive that came from this office visit Cons: Non-caring or attentive physician backed by a horrible business office... more

Old School Doctoring in The New Age 5/7/2006

My initial meeting with Dr. Hald was very unfortunate. I came to him a mess and pretty much on my deathbed because of another surgeons neglect. Not only did Dr. Hald literally save my life, in all my post op appointments he was generally concerned for my well-being.
