This review is about Urner's service. 1 month old Whirlpool Gold dishwasher, motor burned up, told they get parts from Fresno in a day. We do not hear from them. 5 days pass, we call them, they have part, will be 7 more days before we can get service. We're on vacation then, could it please be done sooner? Nope, one technician had heart attack, so I should not expect better service. Don't I care that he had heart attack? Yes, I'm sorry about his heart attack, but unreasonable as I am, I still expect more timely service from a company the size of Urner's. Having enough trained service employees is their responsibility and if they really care about customer satisfaction they need to do a better job.
