First off, they are one of the better ones in OC, Lake Forest. How? The place is clean, the food was home cooked, not frozen wheels on meels as most others do!\r \r My grandmother was taken care of there. They were very efficient, clean and caring with a personal touch.\r \r They made her last days there very comfortable. More than helpful with my moms care after her hospital hip surgery.. staff was always letting us know how she was doing. Very upfront on services and pricing for daily care.. extended more services than actually billed.. will use them again in future!!! Pros: Caring and patient staff more

She just does not care. She is so dishonest. She told my girlfriend Darlene, who used to work for her, to take her client as this is a long engagement so my GF gave up her other job for Jona's offer. When she arrived at the patient's home, she was told by the son of the patient that this is just for like four (4) days. then when my GF could not report due to sickness, Jona denied that my GF informed her, left voice messages in her vmail.Then she did not wanna talk to my GF. She hanged the phone of my GF and hasd NOT paid my GF for a onth now for the work she rendered. Can you believe how twisted Jonah is?\r \r Also, if you try her agency, ask for the licenses and certificates of her ""nurses"". Most, if not all, of her people are NOT licensed or authorized to work in the US.\r \r more

Would not recommended this registry. Asked for live in care, no phone call back and charged hourly rate instea of the daily live in rate. Owner very unprofessional and manipulative (crying while trying to say she never got my voicemail. more
