Horrible!! Rushed us out of there because they were closing at 7:30. The very rude lady at the counter told another person in the waiting room that they stop taking patients at 6:45. Took X-rays and told us they would recommend getting an MRI on my son?s injury but they could not do one because they needed primary care doctor to prescribe. (Which was NOT true-we called insurance the next day and they said ANY doctor can prescribe!) Told us his leg was fine, to ice it, handed us an ace bandage and gave us some crutches. The doctor came in the X-ray room and handed us a prescription for Tylenol 3 and left. They called the next day at 3:30-4 p.m. and told us, oops, his leg IS broken and he needs to see an orthopedic specialist. His primary care doctor handled it from there-Thank God! When I picked up X-rays the next day to bring with us to the orthopedic specialist my untrained eye could see the significant and obvious break to the femur bone!!! The specialist had to stabilize his leg and scheduled surgery the next day. Since he did not have anything on his leg the bone moved a considerable amount and required 3 screws to put it back in place. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE unless you want negligent, rushed, incompetent care!!!
