Basically, I'm voting for the Urge because the absolutely best hairstylist in the world works there. His name is Wayne and he is not only reasonable in his pricing, but he does the best color work EVER. I am not lying when I say that since I've started going to him, I haven't had a bad hair day. I URGE you all to make your appointments today. more
