well its close to busses n trains not alot of people like planet fitness that you gota wait extra long... they have a juice back which is great its reali good in winter cuz it warm its actualy improving they are changing the costomer service people the girls are nicer now.. i like it me and all my girls go there i rather go there 100 times to urban total fitness then be in planet fitness>>> planet fitness is horrible tooo many people since its cheap ewww more

Well, Urban total fitness is perhaps and without a doubt the worst gym you could ever be in. For one the gym not only is small and packed but theres no air conditioning and I couldn't help noticing its not safe as there's only one escape method and no fire extinguishers. As for there machines there old and rusty, There painted red so that you cant tell the difference but grab on to them the paint peels off. Like any other gym they offer paid drinks, to be honest the prices dont matter, the thing is that they have had the same supply for a while now, and there all hot drinks so dont bother drinking there. To top it off there customer service is bad. There employees will argue about anything and threaten to suspend your membership at any given moment, they have a bad attitude aswell especially the lady that works shift on 11:30 am on saturdays. This place is stupid, worst gym ever Id give it 0 stars if possible. more
