perfect gardens and flowers 4/22/2008

I am one of the indecisive people that wants the city and the suburban life all in one. When my husband and I decided to move back to New York City, I thought that I would not be able to have any flowers or herbs. I read an article on Urban Plantscapes and was amazed at how they could bring nature into the smallest (NYC) space. You never really think of landscapers in a big city (NYC) area, but UP does a great job. They designed, installed and maintain our interior and exterior plants and flowers. We have beautiful herbs and flowers that attract butterflies and humming birds. It is like my own personal oasis. Thx Chuck Pros: Great flowers Cons: nothing, wonderful staff more

Great landscape design and maintenance 4/21/2008

I recently googled New Jersey landscaping companies and found a long list of companies that had an impressive image. After narrowing down my selection to Urban Plantscapes, Huffnagel and Blondie?s we decided to go with Urban Plantscapes on Park Ave. From the beginning they were very courteous and looked at our account with a unique prospective. Best NYC flowers (interior and exterior) 4/18/2008

I was amazed to see all the new varieties of daffodils, tulips and other spring flowers lining 5th ave in a posh area of midtown. I was shocked to see the detail and quality of Urban Plantscapes work. I have seen 34th street park association and the grand central partnership, but the pale in comparison to the flower and color combination of Urban Landscapers. It is refreshing feeling coming out to the New York craziness to be surrounded by beauty and a wonderful aroma. Urban has been doing out interior and exterior containers for our NYC office building. There are a lot of shady landscapers out there; it is nice to see that there are some really good ones still left. I can?t wait to see what they put in for the summer! plants in New York City 4/1/2008

I am from the suburbs, but wanted to bring a company in to our NYC space. I am used to trees, shrubs, and flowers around me. I didn?t realize that actually do that in Manhattan. We called Urban Plantscapes and they brought in gorgeous pottery (pots) flowers and plants for both the patio and inside. Our guests love it they almost forget they are in New York City. more

If you live in NYC, you have to try this place. They have orchids for $15 less than any other florist or garden center I have been to in in the city. more

Tropical plant maintenance in NYC 3/27/2008

If you live in the New York area I would definitely try out Urban Plantscapes. I moved here from California and was used to greenery everywhere. Urban Plantscapes came through and landscaped our patio and brought in plenty of indoor (tropical) plants too. more

Fantastic house plant company in NYC 3/25/2008

I was more than impressed with Urban Plantscapes. It was time to replace our past vendor who was not doing a great job. We brought in Urban plantscapes to our NYC locatrions and our interior house plants have never looked so good. Plants are showing signs of new growth and all of our orchids and bromeliads are flowering. more

I lived near Edgewater New Jersey for years and always used Urban Plantscapes for our interior and exterior gardening. When we moved out to Connecticut, I was so happy that serviced Greenwich too. If you are looking for knowledgeable landscape firm with attention to detail, I would try urban landscapers. They do all patios, rooftop gardens, etc. more

Niche house plant maintenance company in New York and Jersey 3/22/2008

Sometimes you have such a great experience with a company that you have to write about it. Urban plantscapes is a refreshing twist on a floral / landscaping company. Using elements of floral, interior and exterior landscaping and holiday, Urban has created an interesting niche in the ever changing landscapes of the nyc metro area. They have seemed to come up with a way to incorporate plants and flowers into every aspect of our lives. Its amazing how much plants and flowers add to the value of your space and make you feel at home. more

Orchids Orchids Orchids. Best orchids in NYC 3/19/2008

All my girlfriend ever talks about is ?Orchids, Orchids and more Orchids?. I think she saw it on sexx in the city. She is obsessed with these tropical flowers, but they can be a little hard to find in NYC. I have had luck with Urban Plantscapes; they always deliver a fresh new variety of orchid and also maintain the house plants. This company does not mess around at all, everything is specimen quality. If you live or work in the NYC you have to try Urban Plantscapes orchids. Beautiful! Pros: They deliver and maintain our orchids. Cons: I wish I could buy them all haha more

Urban Plantscapes has great service, beautiful flowers, chic designs, 3/18/2008

I do not normally write reviews, but I really felt I had to take to time to give Urban plantscape two thumbs up. I do not have a green thumb but thanks to Urban plantscapes my house is filled with flowers that looks beautiful all year round. Especially love the orchids. My home use to look dull because I stopped buying flowers. But now, I love coming home to the smell and look of fresh beautiful flowers. Highly recommend urban plantscapes, they are excellent. Pros: everything with them is excellent so far Cons: none as yet will keep you updated more

NYC SOHO Indoor plants and flowers 3/18/2008

I love the feeling when you come into a place that is filled with greenery. It feels well kept and inviting. We brought in Urban Plantscapes to take care of our NYC property. The place looks fabulous!!!! I would recommend to anyone trying to upgrade their decor. I love their orchid rotations; my place looks so beautiful all the time.
