The only place I would bring Stuffy to. They treat him so nice and everyone is also very friendly to me as well. Thank you!

These guys should have their license revoked!! Stay away and if I could give them 0- 1/2 star I would!!! They advertise that Oprah likes this place - She got it wrong - VERY wron...

I trust them 7/13/2010

everyone who has watched our cat has been so wonderful. When we return home there are detailed notes of what happened while we were away. On a couple of occasions our cat has been sick and they did an excellent job of cleaning up and notifying me of the situation. I trust them and would recommend them to anyone. more

I love my "Fatty" (cat) very much and he's kind of an old guy who needs lots of love and attention. My time away is always without concern about my cat because I know the good people at Urban Outsitters take wonderful care of him and my home! I am never worried about anything... I recommend them to anyone who asks me! more

Thus far, service has been better than my initial level of expectation. There have been several instances where staff has gone above and beyond to provide services to our dog. We hope to see this continued service. more

I dont have to worry 6/11/2010

when I go away, I am not concerned knowing that my cat will be well cared for. I don't have to worry. On my last trip, one of the people wathing Emily sent me a text that he was here and that she was doing great. That was great. I loved getting an update. more

I have always been very pleased with the reliable service and appreciate the notes left by sitters, particularly since my cat is almost 15 and is not always in the best of health. I would recommend Urban Outsitters to anyone and prefer your services to having friends or others look in on my cat. more

Forget about their cat-sitting 5/21/2007

We used this company every time we went out of town. Imagine our shock when we returned home from one trip to find our cat out of food. It turned out that they "forgot" to visit on two of the four days that we booked them for. The owner denied it, but the visitor's logs in the building said otherwise - nobody had been in the apartment for two days. We no longer trust them to watch our cat, and one month later are still struggling to get our money back for the two days they failed to show up. If we'd been gone longer, what would have happened? more

DO NOT BOARD YOUR PET HERE! 4/1/2007

Don't ever board your pet here! They stay outside all night and if you bring any blankets or toys for your pet to feel secure during their stay they do not give them to your pet. They tell you they will just to "pacify" you as I was later informed. My pet got terribly sick and had to get care from the vet which was very costly and Urban Outsitters did nothing to compensate me. Also, forget about the web cam to see what your pet is doing. It was conveniently "out of service" when I requested it. I was sick over this experience as was my dog. This is a far cry from a good boarding facility. Seriously investigate before you bring your pet here! more

Your poochie is in good hands here 5/21/2006

I used to work next door to this place. Let me tell you that my heart was melting every single day because I would see them from my window walking the dogs all the time. I would watch and observe, first hand, the love and care these animals were getting at Urban Out Sitters. Even in bad weather, the staff would lift them up, cuddle them or help them through snow and ice. I sensed they really cared about these animals and as a dog lover, that scores big points with me. I highly recommend them because your pets will love this kind of special attention. more
