I agree with the 'big let down' reviewer. I expected a REAL cooking class. The class was not instructed to wash their hands, yet handled/prepped all food which we had to put into a general pan. SO basically, you'd be eating someone else's cooties when it was done. UGH! The dining area was 4x8 area the most and the chef/cook served the food.I basically came out with a 5 minute tutorial on appetizers, I got little to no instruction unless asking the chef directly 'what is in that, how do you make it; come on! So disappointed! My only consolation is that I paid for a cancer charity purpose
