Alisa is professional with a lot of patience 12/12/2010

Alisa helped me getting my first place this May, very happy with her help. We started the little hunting together since beginning of 2009 and I get on and off with it for over a year. Sometimes I got discouraged for the crazy betting war (you all know what I am talking about!) but she is always there for me. I don't know anyone else can be so patient for a client for a year just to get a perfect place she really wanted. Alisa is awesome! 10/11/2010

We started working with Alisa Edwards about a year ago while looking for an apartment in Little Italy. We are so glad we found her! She listened to us, worked with us and guided us through months of looking, making offers, dealing with banks, you name it. She is wonderful!! A delight to be with, as well as professional, knowledgeable and focused. The biggest surprise of all is how giving and caring she is. After a l-o-o-o-n-g short sale (was there ever a more ironic name?), she helped us work through some last minute snags that could have scuttled the deal. Even after that, after the sale closed, she continued to work with us to advertise and find a renter (eventually we want to move into the apartment, but can't right now). She's a real gem in the jungle of San Diego real estate. We can't say enough good things about her. Don't know if the review posts contact information, so I'll include it here. New to San Diego! 10/5/2010

We began our 'casual' search for property in San Diego 4 years ago! We were referred to Tina at Urban Homes by a client/friend of hers. She patiently walked us through the process, always booking time for us when we were able to be in town. I can't tell you how many properties we viewed but our search moved from downtown and ended in North County in Rancho Bernardo due to employment in the area. Tina is so knowledgeable of the San Diego market and willing to explore options from top to bottom! She was so considerate of our budget and our changing needs and desires ~ she is simply the best! more

Even when the going got tough... 9/29/2010

In a short sale I have learned that you should always expect the unexpected. If not for the tireless effort of Alisa Edwards, my agent with Urban Homes, I would not be in my dream condo in the East Village. There were several challenges presented in my short sale and Alisa's knowledge, perseverance and relationships in the market are what enabled a successful outcome. Fantastic Service Above & Beyond 9/24/2010

My family and I were introduced to Tina Dameron and Urban Homes through the advice of a trusted friend. Urban Homes helped us purchase and later sell our house/condo. Besides the extraordinary level of knowledge and service, one thing that left a positive lasting impression was that, they helped us purchase a condo which due to it being a pre-sale and the builder's policies, Urban Homes did not even make a commission for their services; however, this did not stop them to give us the advice which was in our best interest. My dad passed away in January and in March we needed to sell his house. Alisa Edwards took care of everything with professionalism and care for the uncomfortable situation. She kept me informed at all times, was easy to reach with my questions, offered suggestions for the procedure, was the intermediary with the attorney, held my hand when necessary, and was a total delight to work with. At no time did I feel left alone with the situation. She knows her business, and I felt confident to let her lead me gently through the experience. The sale closed early this week -- I was out of the country -- and she took care of it all without any kinks. Pros: Professionalism Plus Cons: None more

We recently closed on a great house in a great neighborhood and we couldn?t have done it without the professional services of Alisa Edwards. We are very happy with Alisa?s knowledge of the real estate market, expert advice and excellent service. Alisa was a wonderful facilitator and is very patient and diplomatic in helping you first search for the perfect home and then helping you wade through all the paperwork and bumps in the road to closing. In our opinion Alisa went above and beyond the call of duty. For example, after closing when we had a schedule conflict Alisa went over to the new house and gave access for some necessary work. This is so overdue, and because it is a good time of year to reflect and take note of the positives in our lives as we refocus and move on to a new year, I would be remiss, if I did not take these few moments to share again how much I appreciate all that Larry and Diane Rogers did to close the sale of my La Vita condo, November 2009! Greatest team in SD! Helped us save $30K!!!! 9/2/2009

My girlfriend and I worked with Larry and Diane to help us purchase our home. Originally we thought that playing the Foreclosure and Short Sale market would get us ""the best b@ng for our bucks"". After countless home visit, Larry and Diane suggested a ""new"" home. BEST ADVICE EVER! We were able to take advantage of all the tax rebates, got crazy incentives and love our home. In the end, I would say that we received over $30K in incentives and upgrades. The knowledge and dedication that Larry and Diane possess is top notch! I would and have recommended them to anyone I know in the market and will be using them again when it comes time to purchase again. Hats off to the two of you! You made it fun for us. Sucessful east coast/ west coast experience 3/29/2009

We had a positive and sucessful experience working with Urban Homes from the first call about the property to the contract and ultimately the closing. Alisa Edwards kept us informed and guided us through the short-sale process. We have purchased property many times before but never have we had a realtor so personally committed to the sucessful completion of our purchase as Alisa Edwards was. What was truly amazing was that we live on the east coast, so communication was key! We actually viewed the property for the first time 2 days before escrow! We are so completely delighted with our San Diego home and thank Urban Homes and its outstanding staff. Pros: The very best! Cons: Absolutely none. more

Can't Find a Better Realtor 2/11/2009

My husband and I highly recommend Alisa Edwards. We tried working with other realtors, and found Alisa to be far superior. We were looking for our first house, and she was so helpful in explaining the process. Alisa was always available to meet with us, look at homes and take our calls - regardless of the day or time.
