MERCHANT MADE THE FUNEREAL DELIVERY TO THE FAMILY ON SUNDAY AT THEIR HOME. THE MANAGER CALLED AND APOLOGIZED ON TUESDAY FOR THE DELIVERY NOT BEING MADE TO THE FUNEREAL HOME AND GAVE US A COMPLETE REFUND. - DOESN'T MAKE THE EXPERIENCE ANY BETTER BUT IT DOES SHOW MERCHANT CARES ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS AND IS NOT AFRAID TO ADMITTING MISTAKE ON THEIR SIDE. - WE WILL TRY THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. - THANK YOU URBAN EARTH FOR CARING - SINCERELY KIM
