I went there on Sunday (4-20-08) to have my hair done black with blue streaks in it. I had been nervous about it because I have had some pretty bad salon experiences. Well she did an amazing job. She thinned it out perfectly before and trimmed it up after. I have never loved my hair this much! My husband was really impressed with it because he was worried there would be too much blue and it's the right amount. I am glad my sister told me about this place because I will not be going any where else. Pros: Affordable price, amazing services, great people, awesome outcome more

Best salon ever!! 7/27/2007

I loved Urban Colorz.. My stylist was Keri Anne and she did an amazing job! She was so meticulous and what a perfection! I would have never thought I could walk out of a salon looking and feeling so great. What a boost of confidence. Conversation was great. Everyone was really personable. The atmosphere was trendy and upbeat. Very affordable. Bright colors, great artwork, good music.. It's almost like walking into a solon in New York.. I would highly recommend Urban coloz. I will be a life long customer. :) Pros: Affordable, fun, great conversation Cons: Can't think of any more

I will never trust anyone else again with my hair. Kim did an excellent job on my hair! This girl can really braid some hair! I enjoyed the fact that she knows exactly what to do with all hair types, and she knows hair! The salon is trendy, and very clean! Kim was quick with doing my hair, and didn;t compromise on the style! I will be back to see her every two weeks for maintenance! Pros: reasonable prices, expidites services, meticulous styles more

Great atmosphere, Great Music, Great Stylists 2/2/2006

I loved coming to this salon. I have naturally curly hair, and a lot of stylists in the past have not been able to cut it the way I like. I finally found Dinah, who cuts my hair perfectly each time! I've had my hair cut by Dinah and Casie for many years and let me tell you, they are the BEST! I moved to California a few years ago, but I still fly up to Portland every time I need a hair cut. The salon has a great atmosphere and has lots of cool artwork up on the walls. Very trendy. I highly recommend Urban Colorz Salon. I will continue to fly up to Portland without hesitation. Best Hair Salon in Portland! 1/20/2006

Dinah and Casie have been cutting/coloring my hair for years and they are both very talented. They always make me look great! The salon is so cool! There is amazing art all over the salon, and they even had an artist paint the floor. If you haven't been there before, I would definitely recomment it. I messed up my hair with home color and went to Urban Colorz for a color correction. They did an amazing job on my hair! It was a fun environment and affordable. This place is Awesome!!! 2/5/2005

My whole family went to see Ashley for a cut (and for myself a color). We walked out looking so great! My husband's haircut is the best he's had, my daughter has the cutest A-Line ever! And my son has really hard to deal with hair, but it looks so great! She is the first person to listen to what I wanted, and she did it exactly how I said! It looks so great! The environment there is great and so is the staff, I recommend this place to anyone who wants a great cut! Pros: Great Environment, Good Location, Great Overall Value more
