Bob from Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling gave me accurate information on a boiler repair estimated to cost $2400. I decided to hold off on the replacement of two valves, and just watch them for possible leaking. more

Furnace and Water Heater Check 9/18/2017

Tim was right on time, very friendly and answered all my questions. I was very happy with all aspects of the yearly maintenance. Tim also made a call for me and the office people, who are all very friendly, got someone to come out within an hour to give us an estimate on another job. All experiences I've had with Uptown have been excellent. Highly recommended. more

Air conditioning troubleshooting 7/28/2017

Tim diagnosed our problem right away, explained what he could do to fix it and why, gave us options to select from with pricing quotes. He answered all our questions. He did his work quickly and efficiently with explanations along the way. He was friendly, and courteous. It was a pleasure to have him in our home!! more

We had an excellent experience with service by Uptown Plumbing this week.Brandon was on time, courteous, listened to questions and answered each one very carefully and explained each question until we understood his explanation, efficient, knew his job, friendly and was interested in our needs. Brandon is competent and has confidence in his work and has very good work ethics. We would recommend Brandon and Uptown Plumbing to our family or friends. We liked the company policy of sending a photo of the service person coming to our door ahead of his arrival along with his name. Sara was helpful to us over the telephone with our appointment needs. more
