I recently wrote a review for uptown that regarded a misgiving i received. The owner saw this review and apologized. He said he would "roll out a red carpet and give me all this stuff" (refer to the guitar room), if he could. He showed sincere grief whether it be because of the review or because of the poor service i received, time will tell. It means alot when the manager of a store apologizes to their customers, so because of this i give them 5 stars. I will be shopping there again for more then strings and picks. I will write another review regarding my next couple of visits to asses their service. In conclusion there are many good people working there and we all are human but, I received an apology which means, they try to be more.
