I attempted to return a defective power supply,after it was tested, and found to be bad, I was told by an employee that I could exchange it, but they didn't have any more to exchange it with, when I told him I wanted my money back he refered me to the owner, who told me there would be a 15% restocking fee. A restocking fee on a defective product??? Sounds like she planned to resell a know defective product.\r
After a few minutes of debate with the owner over store policies, which by the way are not stated on their receipts, I left with the defective power supply, and no satisfaction, I would warn everyone to stay as far away from this store as possible
