Upscale Consign Mint

I find the staff extremely nice, helpful and informative. I have been consigning with them for years and not only do I do well I buy well. I recently purchased a Kate Spade purse for $45, J.Jill sweater for $10. and numerous other name brand clothing and spent less than $100 which would have cost over $500. It is very clean, and since I am a consignor they have a very strict policy on accepting clothing. This is seen through out the store. more

Upscale Consign"mint" on Lincoln St. in Worcester has very poor customer service. I had called the day before I went to ask about their policies regarding dropping off clothes for consignment. They gave me the information, which I followed when I went to the store the next day to drop off my items. When I arrived, they were very rude, saying that they didn't take drop offs on Saturday (However, it was a Friday when I was there!) and that I should have called first. I explained that I HAD called the day before and that this was what I was told to do. After going back and forth for a bit, I finally told them to forget it and that I was leaving. At that point, they changed their mind and said, "Oh, wait. I can do it now if you like, " but by this point I thought it was a shady operation and I left with my items. Cons: Customer Service more
