If I could give this store 0 stars I would. The phrase ""terrible customer service"" doesn't even cut it. I shipped a very valuable, very expensive package from this store. Not only did I receive it damaged, but the owner was not at all helpful, didn't inform me about the process and NEVER responded to emails or calls. Never even told me I received a claims check, which he said was ""waiting for me at the store"".... you'd think a shipping company would SHIP you a claims check?
I will never use UPS again as a result of this manager. Go somewhere else, it is not worth the frustration and poor customer service.
